About Us
FSRM Consulting was founded by Dr. Elizabeth Krushinskie who has over 25 y ears of experience in poultry health and processing in the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. Krushinskie is originally from western Minnesota. She earned a DVM degree from Colorado State University and a PhD degree in Veterinary Microbiology from the University of Minnesota. She was board certified by the American College of Poultry Veterinarians.
Prior to starting Food Safety Risk Management Consulting, Dr. Krushinskie was the Director of Technical Services for Allen Harim Foods LLC. Previous positions include Director of Technical Services for the Ingham's Group PTY in Australia and Director of Quality Assurance for Mountaire Farms. Previously, she worked with the U.S. Agency for International Development on Bird Flu Preparedness and Response, the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association as the Vice President of Food Safety and Production Programs, and held various veterinary and food safety positions with Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, Wampler Foods, Perdue Farms, and Solvay Animal Health.
